Our salon adheres to all NSW Government Guidelines in relation COVID-19 and is registered as a COVID Safe Business with NSW Government.
Upon entry you will be required to check in using the QR code.
As the NSW Health advice changes and the NSW Government Guidelines are announced, our salon will endeavour to be agile and adapt our COVID Safe plans to remain adherent to the latest Guidelines.
We kindly request that for treatments longer than an 45 minutes, we require a $50 deposit upon making the booking. Our salon prides itself on enabling all clients the opportunity to book at their preferred time. When we experience "no shows" this takes away that opportunity.
Cancellation of appointments
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. Failure to turn up to an appointment may result in your booking fee being forfeited.
We respectfully ask that all clients arrive on time for their appointments. Parking is available on site and directions can be found in the contact page of our website.
Responsibility of children
Living out our holistic brand story, it is imperative your experience is one of zen and relaxation - a time to unwind. To enhance all our clients experience we strongly recommend leaving your loved ones at home. We hope you understand the environment we strive to create for everyone.
Although the premise is fitted with security cameras, we encourage you to keep an eye on your personal items at all times. Each treatment room has a safe place for clients to put their belongings.
We kindly ask that all clients turn their phones to silent upon entry. If you do need to take a call, we encourage you to step outside and allow all other clients to enjoy their experience as you would.
Although our premises has dual access, the rear door (into the corridor) is for emergency use only. Please enter and exit through the front door only.
